Program Delivery: 

• This coaching program will be delivered through live online sessions, pre-recorded lectures, and interactive exercises. 
• 10 Live sessions will be held twice weekly Monday/Thursday 9:00am-10:30am EST, including interactive discussions and Q&A sessions. 
• Participants will have access to recorded lectures and course materials throughout the program. Exercises and assignments will be assigned to help participants apply what they have learned in their business.
• Participants will have access to a community platform that will encourage networking, connecting, and building relationships with other participants. 

Assessment: 

• Participants will be assessed through participation in live sessions, completion of assignments, and a final project. 
• The final project will be the development of a sales plan that incorporates the key components of the Startup Sales Leader Academy, including an irresistible offer, lead generation, and management strategies, a clear understanding of the client journey, an effective sales team structure, CRM utilization, sales training, compensation and recognition strategy, and a hiring process.
